Positive: Modern, clean, well laid out high tech property, and the pool is the star of the show. Staff were friendly and helpful and a great cleaning team who came every day. Location is quiet on an evening, but you can have fun around the pool with music during the day until 10 pm, as the owners of your villa the other 7 villas next to, and adjacent to each other, request you tone it down after that time to respect your neighbours. When you arrive, you are invited to join a what's app chat group with the hosts, whereas, if you have any questions or issues during your stay, , they are there to help pretty much 24 / 7 and they do respond quickly. There is also a security guard at the bottom of the entrance road to all villas from 10 pm until 6 am. Topps mini market and a 7/11 are about 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There are a few small restaurants where you can eat and drink and if you fancy a Muay Thai boxing training session, there's a very well equipped gym just 10 minutes walk away, ( Sinbi Muay Thai Gym) with friendly staff and trainers. If you want night life and day time hustle and bustle, this is not for you. It offers a peaceful base to explore Phuket, but you will need to book excursions, a taxi or bike or car hire.
Negative: The property's are located at the top of a hill just off the main road, and it is very steep in places, but not a problem for most people, but you don't realise this from the photos shown on Booking.com . Or other sites. When we arrived, 3 out of the 4 ensuite showers were not working correctly, but that was rectified by the very efficient maintenance team the same day. When you get down to the main road, there are no pavements, or if you are American, sidewalks, so you have to be very mindful of the cars and motorbikes. There is a white line dividing you from the traffic on the road, no raised pavements, but that's Thailand! An issue I had was, the doorbell to each property. If someone rang the bell in the adjacent property, it's so loud, you think someone's ringing your doorbell, so you can find yourself answering your door to find no one there, after that happening 2 or 3 times one evening, that got quite annoying, To be fair, minor issues for me, still a thumbs up for this property.
