in addition, our holiday policy is as follows, christmas and new years eve can not be booked together without booking a minimum of 14 nights and/or we will not allow less than 7 nights for either taking christmas and/or new years eve and we require a departure for a christmas booking not past the 29th unless new years eve is already booked Furthermore for a New Years Eve booking, we do not allow an arrival before the 27th unless Christmas Day is already booked.
