the apartment is in a prime location whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s only a few minutes away!

2 sunken garden: 2 minutes away
3 vinoy park: 5 minute car ride
4 st pete beach: 14 minute car ride
5 madeira beach: 24 minute car ride
lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, gas stations, banks and anything else you may think of walking distance to home
getting around:
there is street parking, if you cannot find street parking, one designated parking spot is available for guests
other things to note:

✓ quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am

although we have one designated parking spot per entrance, i cannot guarantee the spot due to other guests not following directions There is plenty of free street parking Should you need it. Otherwise you are welcome to send me a text and I will do my best to accommodate the parking spot.
