this house has a comfy queen size bed with soft linens! we recently remodeled this house not too long ago

we have a great working air conditioner in the bedroom We also provide a tall fan that you can move around. The house is always fresh and cool in the summer.

for heating, we have 2 infrared heaters that keep the whole house warm during the winter days (We can provide another infrared heater upon request).
kitchen:
our kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay It includes: A sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, eating utensils, cups and plates.
alturas has a variety of eateries such as a pizzeria, thai, chinese, mexican and also american food that will keep you full and happy for the rest of the day!

there is a 55” tv with netflix and hulu included Frontier Internet access. we also have a variety of board games for a memorable time!

this house is in a good neighborhood We have very nice neighbors. We do have security cameras on the property for your peace of mind. Please so NOT adjust, remove, cover, or unplug the security cameras.
