we welcome you to our quiet neighborhood and "tiny house" living **Tiny House is a SMALL, simple, clean, ADULTS ONLY space for 2 people. It is semi-attached to the back of the owner's house and is completely separate. It is nicely appointed with all the amenities you might need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Across the street is access to the Crystal River from where many fishing guides depart. If you like to hike, Mushroom Rock is just minutes away. If golf is your game, in 3 minutes you're at beautiful River Valley Ranch Golf course where you can enjoy a round with incredible mountain views. Our apartment is also situated within walking distance to downtown Carbondale - about a 20 min. easy walk- where you can enjoy one of the many diverse restaurants and then catch a movie or a play.
