guests can bring their own boat & tie up to the side of our flat roof dock (not in the slip) located on the left of the diveway , or rent a boat from a marina w/ nearby boat launches at tim's ford marina (10 mins) or devil's step (12 mins) Tims Ford Lake water levels are controlled, our dock in the summer depths range 6-14’ & winter (Nov-Mar) our dock may be on the dry beach. regardless of the season, “dock life” is a favorite guest hangout to take in the magnificent lake views, uplifting coffee sunrise, day time water sports, and a wine down sunset!

Please note the home sits on the hillside and has a nice concrete driveway (no stairs) you can drive or walk with significant decline to the lake and incline up to the house. No pets or smoking permitted, no falsified reservations - all are strictly enforced.
