all responsible party's must be 25 or older Noise ordinances are very strict in Palm Springs. If music is heard from the property line, there is a $500 fine and the guests may be asked to leave. All music needs to remain indoors. No parties are allowed onsite. A max of 8 guests may stay overnight with an additional 6 guests allowed onsite during the day. No confetti is allowed on premise as it destroys the pool components. Pets are allowed for a $50 fee per pet. If there is hair left on the furniture or there are any stains, additional fees will be witheld from the security deposit.
