Summary: I do appreciate that entry and check in was a breeze. However, the person who I was communicating with said she’d have a manager get in contact with me regarding a cold hot tub, which never happened. And then i did not get a response when I tried following up. We had issues with the hot tub even after they had someone come look at it, it didn’t work as we were told it would. No response to my inquiry about this. I’d likely stay elsewhere next visit.
