ideal as a small love nest!
the house has a panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of cavalaire, which has one of the largest sandy bays of the côte d´azur (approx 4 km), as well as the marina and the surrounding hills of the Massif des Maures (Mauren Mountains) Peak culminated at 528 meters.
at the back there is a very quiet garden terrace with a view of cape lardier at the other end of the bay
there is a satellite system with german channels (astra 19 °)
the sofa in the living room offers sleeping space for 2 more people
although there are plenty of parking spaces in the residential complex, the house has its own large private garage
the city center, beach and marina can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes
in the city center there is everything you need
every wednesday there is a large provencal street market in cavalaire
the sporting offer is large, especially water sports: sailing, jet-ski, wind-surf, diving, paddle board, deep sea fishing, etc
the massif des maures offers very nice mountain bike tours and great hiking tours
cavalaire is halfway between marseille and nice (approx 110 km in each direction).
