we do not use keys Each door is equipped with an electronic lock. The week of arrival you'll receive a check in email with a code specific to your stay.
we do have cameras at the park They're attached to the laundry facility and face the gravel driveway throughout the park. We do not have cameras inside or on the cabins you rent.
what we supply:
linens, 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 2 trash bags are provided in each property Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. If you need linens for the pullout please make sure to let us know! The startup set will not be replenished; we suggest you bring extra items for longer stays. White Oak Property Management accounts for all linens and towels provided in each unit. Any missing, damaged or stained beyond repair items will result in additional charges to the Guest.

While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as they would in any property due to the life expectancy of any and all such appliances etc, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. The loveseat in the living area pulls out into a twin size bed. The living area and the bedroom are both equipped with smart TVs to be able to stream services during your stay.
