there is a security camera on the front and back of the main house pointing towards the driveway and parking areas There is also a camera on the mini unit that is pointed towards the parking area that is active.
the maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs
early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
