- swim at your own risks Please supervise your kids at all times when they use the pool or are near the grill.
- 8 parking spots DO NOT park on the street.
- pet fee $150 per stay Two pets maximum.
- no student/ disruptive parties NO EVENTS ALLOWED.
- in the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
