Fully renovated home built in 1910 with historic charm and a modern touch. Located in the historic district of Beaufort just ~8 blocks from downtown and a quick 12min drive to Parris Island, this is the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. Many of the pieces, artwork and pictures are from the owner's travels around the world. The yard is fenced in to offer privacy, the neighbor is an officer, free Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is super fast. all are welcome! :)

beaufort is located on port royal island, in the heart of the sea islands and south carolina lowcountry The city is renowned for its scenic location and for maintaining a historic character by preservation of its antebellum architecture. My home is located in the Downtown area which is a great mix of people, cultures and homes.
there are a few ride-shares around but i wouldn’t fully depend on it I recommend having a car and/or bike if you are only staying in the downtown area. Check out University Bikes or Lowcountry Bicycles for rentals.
we have multiple short-term rentals in the area Our goal is to make your experience a 5+ star. We are local and can help or make recommendations whenever needed. We have a keypad for easy access and check-in. A fenced-in backyard along with a screened-in porch offers privacy. There is a police officer living next door so you should feel extra secure. We have one Hunting Island pass that is good for one car. We do have a Ring doorbell with a camera on the front porch and a floodlight + camera overlooking the backyard only for security. We have YouTube TV. Lastly, we conveniently have beach gear for any beach adventure.
