- smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home or on the property Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. $1000 fee will be applied if any residue is found or if any odor is noted.
2 no pets
- unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests There will be a $250 fee per pet per day if any pet residue is found. An additional $100 cleaning fee minimum will be applied along with the pet fee to cover extra cleaning.
3 quiet hours
- to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
4 max occupancy/guests on reservation
- the maximum number of guests allowed is 4 Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.
