This is a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay only 100 yards from Indian River Marina and the lake, and 20 minutes or less to fantastic ATV trails.

the kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc We provide 6 pillows, 2 sets of queen linens, blankets, bedspreads, bath towels, and dish towels, but you must bring your paper products, toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
