Positive: I love having the ocean right there when I step out the house. The window view of the ocean and the friendly seals coming up to greet us.
Negative: (1) the final price that vacasa charged me was a lot higher than the price advertised on booking (2) after I prepaid the cost in full and getting ready for the trip, I was surprised that vacasa requested that I download their app in order to sign their rental agreement and provide my trip itinerary. My thought on this arrangement is that they should have done that before I paid just in case I don't like any terms in their rental agreement, I would have time to change my mind. And if the check in is 4p, why do they care when I arrive after 4p.
Summary: It was a great experience. We enjoyed our stay.
