Positive: Location. It is close to where we need to go.
Negative: It was not cleaned properly, there was a lot of hair of different people in the bathroom and in the carpet. Blonde and long, curly and short, etc... I thought we were going to have a cleaning service every day, but it was not. The water at the shower has very little pressure. The elevator was too loud, and moves a lot; maybe needs maintenance. There is no breakfast set-up yet. too few choices to eat. There is no coffee machine in the lobby, or water. I didn't like the way that you need to wait for only ONE guy to take us to the room when we checked in.
