It has a shower room and wc on the ground floor, a family bathroom with shower over the bath and another shower room upstairs. The property boasts a bedroom to the rear of the property with a US queensize bed, the master bedroom to the front of the property has a super king size bed, another bedroom to the rear of the property with a kingsize bed & sofa and another to the front of the property to the front with a double bed. Front and back garden, the rear garden is full enclosed and benefits from sun throughout the day. On street parking to the front of the property. The parking is permit only and you will have 1 permit to utilise, a second car can be parked in the driveway to the rear of the property.
it is situated near the seafront that you can have a leisurely stroll along or take your kids to the beachpark or softplay area It is also central to the busy towncentre which has many shops, bars and restaurants and is not too far from the historic Burns Cottage and Burns Monument. There is also a large Morrisons within walking distance.
