this home is a detached house located behind our primary residence You'll have complete privacy, your own entrance, and exclusive access to the space and garage. The garage is on the first floor, two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, and the living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath/powder room are on the third floor. Please note, the second garage is reserved for our use as we live in the front house.
garage parking:
we offer a private 2-car garage on the east side of the property, though only one smaller or midsize car is recommended due to the steep driveway entry Larger SUVs or vans may not fit. The property is accessible through the garage or through its own private entry.
quiet time: we love and respect our neighbors This is a peaceful retreat, not a party house. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am.
no a/c needed: thanks to expansive windows and coastal airflow, the home stays naturally cool even during warmer months We also have oscillating fans for each bedroom in case you need a little extra to cool you off.
