stunning and modern 2 bedroom home in newtown, the perfect base for your sydney adventure This beautifully styled home features two comfortable bedrooms, each with black out blinds and plenty of storage space. One with a cozy queen-size bed, while the other has two comfortable single beds. Two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub, another one with a shower, ensure everyone's comfort. There is a white noise machine in the master bedroom for a better sleep.

*as per the short term legislation act 2020 nsw, all guests are required to obey these rules For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*in compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a short term rental agreement with guests upon booking We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*this strictly is a no-party property We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toTHREEpeople. No more than a maximum of NINEpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*this home is a strictly no-smoking property If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*this is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*stra rules - by booking this home you automatically agree to all the stra terms and conditions that are applicable to guests You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
* pets - we are a pet-friendly property We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*check-in/check-out - we cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*changing of dates terms & conditions
- requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away
