Bar lake gets you to Empire’s public Lake Michigan beach. Of course, the 1 mile walk of drive is also an option. Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail begins on our street! The infamous dune climb is just 5-1/2 miles away and the trail takes you right there. Grocer’s daughter chocolate shop is less than 1/2 mile.
