Large detached cottage 7km from a swimming pond and 20km from a swimming lake Perched on the heights of the village of Cambiac, the former miller's house welcomes you for holidays placed under the sign of relaxation, discovery and good living! There, you will benefit from a large open garden and a south-facing terrace communicating with the living room, from where you can see the Pyrenees on a clear day. A few meters from the cottage, a magnificent windmill is waiting to be restored to working order. You are 7km from the Orme Blanc de Caraman swimming pond (restaurants, shops) and 20km from Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol (one of the most beautiful detours in France, remarkable market and artisans). Pets allowed. Ground floor: the entrance serves WC, laundry room and hallway leading to the kitchen, day rooms (living room with fireplace and dining room), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm each) and a bathroom.
