we would like to kindly inform you that although we have implemented an effective pest control program, it is important to note that the property is situated in north georgia, surrounded by woods As a result, it is possible to occasionally encounter insects or bugs. However, rest assured that we have taken all necessary precautions to mitigate this occurrence and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
we ask that you please respect the following rules during your stay:
1) no pets please Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and extra charges for any additional cleaning/damages.
2) no parties or events
3) no smoking or vaping of any substance inside the home If you do smoke we ask that you please do so outside and away from the doors. Please pick up and properly dispose of butts. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in an immediate charge of $500 plus any additional cost of remediation. There will be additional cleaning charges for not cleaning up cigarette butts.
we offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Please ask us as soon as possible if a late check-out or early check-in is possible and we will do our best to make it happen. Please know that we cannot accommodate late check-outs when we have another guest arriving the same day..
