Niagara Falls State Park is a 6 minute drive. TONS of great restaurants close by. Hyde Park is a two minute walk out your front door.

Summary: Overall the stay was great! The place was very clean and the property manager was very prompt with responses to questions. The only 2 minor issues, personally, were... 1. If someone is renting the upstairs, you can hear every move they make downstairs. The steps for the upstairs guests are only separated by 2 doors that would lead into the downstairs apartment but are remain locked. One of those doors is very to the bedrooms. Therefore, it's somewhat loud when they come in our out. The other issue is that the front windows have extremely sheer curtains. Since the houses are so close together, I didn't feel much privacy knowing anyone could see into the house at any hour of the day. I was alone with my 2 daughters so this made me a little nervous.
