These include a super king-size double with en-suite, two twin rooms, and a family bathroom on the lower ground floor, two king-size doubles and a twin on the ground floor with their own en-suite shower rooms, and a super king-size double, and two twin rooms on the first floor. Offering brilliant flexibility, all four twin rooms have zip/link beds. There is a family bathroom with a luxurious slipper bath, and three kitchens, one of which is on the first floor, and the other with a large, social dining area. There are also three sitting rooms, again one of which is on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Outside, there is a front courtyard with furniture, a rear lawned garden overlooking the mill pond with a patio and furniture, and off road parking for eight cars.
