as you approach the property you can park facing north on south 57th st, by the exterior stairs surrounded by trees As you go up the stairs you will see the gate with a sticker on it, you’ll be able to enter the gate to step into the Oasis. Follow the path towards the covered porch.
the front door is secured through the smart lock using a code that will be given to you a few days before your stay
the owner lives next door in the front house; he has two kids and we love our guests, but won't say more than hi unless you are feeling like a nice talk We will respect your space and keep our distance, might migrate to the front yard if we overlap, but will always make sure you know this is your home.
the owner has 2 children under 4 years old and a small amount of crying might be heard through the door every once in a while a hallway connects both units and sound control have been taken into consideration, but there is always a chance, and is part of the sensory experience :)
