Enjoy our cozy back yard guest suite. Fully fenced in by a privacy fence with dedicated off street parking. Our space is walking distance to some of the best bars, coffee shops and restaurants in Seminole Heights. Inside you'll have a fully equipped kitchenette, very comfy brand new Queen size bed, Smart TV, and fast internet. We have all you need to provide comfortable stay for vacation or business travel right in the middle of the city with quick access to everything via car.
the space
our 350 square foot guest suite is attached to the back of our 1939 pillbox bungalow home The Guest Suite is a completely separate space from the main house with no shared spaces or doorways.
we love our guest suite, it is cozy and inviting and will cater to whatever your needs may be We can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The space is well lit and full of house plants. Almost everything in the space is vintage (except the mattress!). We love restoring antique furniture in our spare time so that is what we have furnished this space with.
there is also a fully stocked efficiency style kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer) toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes and utensils Basically everything except an oven and stove.
