the house amenities include: fully stocked kitchen, newly remodeled throughout, the best variety of new beds, laundry room -full size washer and dryer full coffee bar area with drink/wine mini fridge, large family room with couch and chairs, TV & Wifi, two large booth seats and tables, full dinner table and a double sided breakfast bar, central air conditioning and heat, first aid kit and office supplies, 5 acres of woods to hike with maintained trails, campfire ring in large back yard with starter firewood bundle, use of New York State park pass, beautiful sunsets and occasional wildlife, foosball, ring toss, table shuffleboard and a curation of board games.
