PLEASE INFORM HOST OF TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE HOME OUTSIDE OF THE GUESTS THAT ARE STAYING. A $50 dollar fee per person will be charged to the person that has booked the property, if you fail to comply with this rule. We have outdoor cameras.

•there is no street parking All guests are expected to park in the driveway (6 cars should be able to fit).
•the property manager lives with on our street, so they will be monitoring the comings and going’s of the property, outdoor cameras are placed outside of the home
•we are a shoeless household, we expect all guests to remove their shoes upon entrance to the home to minimize germs
•the garage is off limits, as we keep our personal belongings in there
•to respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 12:00am-7:00am
•no pets
•no smoking in the home, the designated smoking area is in the back deck area
•please inform host of full number of visitors that will be staying.
