Positive: The apartment has a lot of space and every room had a nice TV in it. Kitchen pretty much had all (appliances) you need to cook small meals. We did make Chocolate chip pancakes for my birthday and they were awesome. With in walking distance to the Ball Park if you have no health concerns.
Negative: Parking was too far away and costly !
Summary: The apartment it self was awesome, would rent again.
