we have owned the cottages since 2004, we live on-site and we are available to address any problems via phone or text
i love our location because it is quiet and residential, but close to tons of great activities for kids and cultural and outdoor attractions for adults It is a really vibrant area but without the pricetag of Old Lyme or Mystic, which are both really easy to get to. The beach and quaint downtown Niantic, with its movie theatre and ice cream parlor, is a ten minute drive away. Harkness Memorial State Park is stunning. Eugene O'Neill Theatre, Florence Griswold Museum, Nature's Art Dinosaur Park, Niantic Kids' Museum, Mystic Aquarium, and Flanders' Fish Market are a few of my favorite things. it is impossible to be bored here in the summer!
