the main floor has a large kitchen and dinning space that is open the the living room It also has a guest bathroom, and laundry room. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, and 2 of them have en-suite full bathrooms and a spare futon bed. One has a bathtub, the other has a low-rise walk-in shower. Up on the 3rd floor you will find lots of sleeping space! 2 queen/full beds and a futon bed. this is a great room for this kids!

our neighborhood franklinton is situated just west of downtown columbus, and is full of historic homes This neighborhood has experienced many phases through out it's existence, and is currently in a revitalization phase. There are lots of properties being renovated, and some that still remain boarded and empty. This area has experienced some crime in the past, but has improved in recent years.
franklinton has experienced several great floods in the past, and has been somewhat neglected throughout the middle to late part of the 1900's The Franklinton Floodwall, completed in 2004, is 7 miles long, cost $134 million.
