Wildwood Park and Modoc Shores is a short ride down little river.
the boat ramp is a 15 minute drive from the home and a stone’s throw away from the private dock. take a left out the driveway and a left onto mallard drive and you have arrived at the ramp!
the area has excellent fishing, and the lake house is perfect for anglers the property has ample parking, can accommodate several boat trailers, and with the ramp being extra convenient, you will waste no time getting in the water!
