although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
if you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300

we are not responsible for items left behind by guests If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
