The shared backyard offers ample space for lawn games, or you can directly access the lake using our two inflatable paddle boards, our kids’ kayak, or any of the inflatable water toys. this townhome is located within a quiet section of the april sound community with full-time residents Parties and large groups are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to vacate the premises, immediate cancellation of their reservation without refund, and a fine of $500.
there is an additional fee for access to the april sound country club bar, pool, racquet sports, and golf course unless you are a clubcorp member If you are not a ClubCorp member and would like access to the country club, please contact the host directly for pricing.
please note there is no gate between the shared yard and the lake Young children should wear a life jacket and be supervised at all times.
