The neighborhood isn't pretty but it is safe and quiet.

this is one of four separate rental apartments in this four-plex This is a 1st-floor unit where you will need to climb 3 steps. There isn't much to walk to but you are a quick drive to everything.
there is a smart television in the master bedroom for your viewing pleasure

the neighborhood is on the upswing but not completely back yet The neighborhood isn't pretty but it is safe and quiet.
getting around:
we are right off the bus route to downtown indianapolis with the bus stop being on our intersecting street

fold out bed for a friend ( if you are planning to use this please let me know so that i can provide you linens:) also please note that linens are provided complimentary only after the guest count is 3
