as you walk in, the wide, orange-blossom shaded courtyard opens up in front of you One of the biggest pools in the Medina sits at its center. Tiled with dark black stone laced with red and orange, quarried deep in the Atlas Mountains. Shaded by citrus trees and bougainvilleas and the high, vine covered walls of the Riad itself. Have a swim. The luxurious plants that edge the black stone pool make it feel like a mountain grotto. Afterwards relax on cushions shaded by dark green leafy trees or sunbathe on cushions specially laid out for maximum sun worship.
