starting in april the pool is professionally cleaned once a week to start getting it fresh and ready for your enjoyment The pool is NOT heated and is open seasonally from mid-May through October. Please note that during pollen season and fall season and periods of inclement weather, debris may accumulate between cleanings. while we do our best to maintain the pool, nature can sometimes make it tricky! thanks for your understanding and we hope you enjoy your stay!
please note that the pool gets serviced on fridays Guests will need to be out of the pool during the cleaning process and stay out for 2 hours afterwards for the pool chemicals to dissolve. thank you!
the maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am every day of the week We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
no smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
no illegal substances or activities on the premises
pets must be approved in advance We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs
early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
