2 Smoking Policy: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.

3 Guest Visitation: If you plan to have additional visitors, please inform us in advance. Any additional guests staying over night must be added to your reservation.

7 House Rule: Additional Pet Fee.
to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, when accompanied by a pet there is an additional pet fee of $80 Please note that the base rate includes accommodation for one dog. For each additional dog, there will be a fee of $20 per night. This helps us maintain our space and accommodate all furry friends properly. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
