There’s a private pool and spa in the backyard, and also a neighborhood community pool. The community is located off of Scenic Highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access for you right outside of the community. kitchen: this large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families Its coastal design features fresh white cabinetry and sleek lines! Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and 2 refrigerators. The second refrigerator is located just down the hall towards the back of the home and easily accessed from the backyard. 2 toasters, a Keurig, a coffee pot, a crock-pot, a griddle, a blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large, counter-height island bar with 4 chairs.
dining room: the dining room is located in the nook just inside the entryway It features a beautiful wooden table and seating for 6. Also included in this open concept is a bar height counter and 4 barstools.
living room: this spacious living room is full of natural light It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has 2 full-sized couches, 2 chairs and a mounted flat screen TV.
