Welcome to Blairsden's oldest home, located on the corner of Bonta street and Second street right in downtown Blairsden. This home was originally built in 1912, the north half, and in 1936, it got a addition of the south half and the upstairs, the reason why the house has two front doors, Originally one door for each part of the house! The entire house was renovated starting in 2020 and completed in 2023, so it is brand new and ready to go for the next 111 years! Blairsden was originally a railroad town, where people would get off the train to visit the Feather River Inn and the Lakes Basin Mohawk Valley area. In todays world, its still the same location, location, location! Right across the street is The Grizzly Grill know for its long standing presence of fine dining. Also, within walking distance to the Corner Barn, which regularly has weddings and other events. Blairsden is 1 1/2 miles to Graeagle, 3 1/2 miles from Plumas Pines, 14 miles to Lakes Basin, 5 1/2 miles to Johnsville and the State Park.
