the home has 3 bedrooms, one bath and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities such as wireless internet, central ac, dishwasher, and microwave The kitchen has everything you need to dine in including pots, pans, dishware and cutlery and an outdoor natural gas BBQ. While the home has comfortable sleeping areas for up to 7 guests you are welcome to bring a portable sleeping bed for an infant. Due to Town of Fort Erie Bi-Laws maximum amount of occupancy is 8 guests including infants. (Maximum 6 adults).

- renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay
- smoking is not permitted inside
- small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area
- the bbq is available for your use and runs on natural gas Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
