the home is newly built (2024) and offers all the comforts you need for a home away from home The open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining room is the perfect place to spend time with family playing games, cooking a meal, watching a movie and sitting by the fire. Enjoy the massive deck with expansive views of the lake, a dining area, grill and seating area.
the master bedroom is located on the main floor of the house with an ensuite bathroom It includes a queen sized bed and a large closet with views of the lake. There is also a powder room and laundry room off the kitchen. Upstairs, there are two large guest bedrooms with views of the lake, reading nooks and a spacious bathroom. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and a cozy reading nook with views of the lake. The second guest room has 4 twins (2 regular and 2 pullout). The basement level offers direct access to outside with a mud room, powder room and plenty of space for kids to play. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and allows you and your family to spread out across the home which is over 3000 sq. ft. There is excellent internet access throughout the house. There is a large TV in the living room, a TV in the basement as well as one in the 2nd guest room.

So bring your own boat (up to 20') and you can dock it right on the property. Jetskis are NOT permitted on the lake. But you can rent them or use them on Lake Winnipesaukee just 10 minutes away.
