our property is nestled right in the quiet and lovely lower burns park neighborhood We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. for a quick & delicious coffee fix and grab & go breakfast items, venue coffee opens at 8 am in the same building!
we are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life quiet, yet lively!
getting around:
it's a five minute drive to the center of ann arbor and i94, (except on game days!) The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area. Guests can also take advantage of the FREE May Mobility shuttle to get around town. There is a May Mobility shuttle stop right near Henry St./industrial/stadium and at the venue by 4m restaurant & bar
