Given its location just a few kilometres from Valfabbrica, the house is the ideal starting point for excursions to Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto and Lake Trasimeno and also to Florence and Rome, being just a few kilometres from the E45 highway which connects all of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. Basic services and shops can be found in Casacastalda, just a few minutes away by car.

The large panoramic portico, located immediately outside the living room, is furnished with a table, chairs, sofa, armchairs and a games corner with ping-pong table and table football. On the opposite side of the house is a second portico, furnished with table and chairs while, just a few metres from it, outside the kitchen, is the canopy-covered outdoor cooking area with built-in barbecue, pizza oven and sink. Scattered here and there in the garden are various areas with wooden benches and tables, allowing you to to relax in all tranquillity with fabulous views of the surrounding hills. In the evening the external lights in various strategic places render the garden even more fascinating, both around the swimming pool and in the rest of the property, in short, the ideal place in which to admire enchanting sunsets. The large wecoming solarium in terracotta that surrounds it is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, a gazebo with sofa and armchairs and a solar shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
