Positive: Location is awesome. Short walk to Burleigh and Miami. Directly across from the beach. Nice beach view from the balcony
Negative: Collecting (and returning) the keys from an office which is a 15 minute walk from the property is not convenient especially with luggage. The apartment is a little tired. TV arial did not work. Bathroom sink was blocked. Carpet stained. I guess thats what you get for $350pn these days
Summary: Mostly great but some minor improvements could make it great
