upon entering, you will be standing in the annex building complete with a full modern bathroom (sink, walk-in shower and toilet) that is also handicap accessible and a sitting area with a keurig and a fridge/freezer There are two small steps that will then take you into the historic Pullman car dining room that contains a large table for gatherings. Down a narrow hallway, you will find four bedrooms including the Presidential room complete with a queen bed and wall air conditioning unit.

There are 6 axe throwing lanes that all have virtual games like tic-tac-toe and connect four. Additionally, there are two golf simulators, an indoor and outdoor bar, live music on most weekends and an indoor and outdoor event center that hosts periodic bands, comedy shows, weddings and other exciting events. Aegis coffee is the towns premier coffee shop and their flagship location is located on campus! The Roadside Creamery has burgers, hotdogs and finger foods as well as Perry's ice cream. The BoxCar Brew Works Brewery brews various beers on site and has an outdoor deck overlooking the mini golf course. They serve food as well as offer pizza from nearby Railcar Pizza.
