the apartment features an open plan kitchen/dining/living area leading onto the terrasse and overlooking the lake There is no TV.

what makes the apartment really special are the views of lake annecy, both from the living area and the master bedroom the deck is the perfect place to enjoy the view, bbq and relax in summer and winter!
it is only 5 minutes walk to the lake and village
**please note that whilst renting the apartment, the ground floor flat is yours The annexe on the ground floor, first, second and attic floor of the house (The Lakehouse) are rented separately.
there is parking for up to 2 cars and the large garden with a trampoline and climbing rope is shared with the house above
