▻ package delivery - we do not guarantee the package can be retrieved from the mailbox or that it will arrive safely We recommend sending packages to a local pick-up spot instead or requesting the carrier to deliver to the front doorstep (if you need to send to the home).
▻ pet policy - this unit is pet friendly, but we do ask for a $100 non-refundable pet fee with an additional $50 for each extra pet The Pet fee goes towards deep cleaning the property. Emotional Support Animals or ESAs still require the pet fee. Service Animals are free.

▻ cancellation - we provide a free cancellation if you cancel more than 30 days in advanced or within 24 hours of confirmation (as long as the check in date is more than 2 weeks out) If the cancellation is not during these windows, we will provide you a refund of any amount recouped from another booking during the same reservation dates, but this can only occur if you cancel the reservation to allow us to host other guests.
