Step inside through the garage or private courtyard and you will instantly be welcomed by the contemporary decor and open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Reclining furniture throughout the living room just in front of the cozy fireplace and TV. Dine in style on the dining room table and chairs for 4 or site up to the breakfast bar for a quick cup of java or to chat during meal prep. The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, cabinets and a standalone coffee bar. It has absolutely everything and more than you will need to cook, bake or prepare a BBQ meal.
